1. Order Placement:

   • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete information for customization. Baba Printing will not be held liable for any errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

3. Payment:

   • Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of placing the order, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
   • We accept cash, bank transfers, and online payments. Details for payment will be provided upon order confirmation.

4. Delivery:

• Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order placement and are subject to change based on factors such as order volume, customization requirements, and external circumstances beyond our control.
• Delivery charges may apply and will be communicated upfront.
• While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, Baba Printing is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or any unforeseen circumstances.

• Cancellation and Refunds:   
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not commenced. A cancellation fee may apply.
• Refunds for canceled orders or returns will be issued at the discretion of Baba Printing and may be subject to deductions for any work already completed or costs incurred.

   • Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to use any logos, images, or other content provided for customization. Baba Printing will not be held liable for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from the customer’s use of such materials.

2. Limitation of Liability:

   • Baba Printing’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

3. Governing Law:

   • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
